Shipping Information:
Depending on inventory, items ordered before 12 PM EDT on any business day usually ship the same day.
We will email you with shipping status updates so that you can track shipments from your order's Yahoo! status page.
Shipping Charges: Unless marked otherwise all products will be subject to shipping charges based on weight and insurance charges based on order amount. UPS charges are calculated by the UPS shipping calculator. Shipping charges can be easily calculated by adding the desired items to your shopping cart and following the simple instructions at the top of the shopping cart page.
In addition to Shipping and Insurance charges there is an additional $4.95 handling charge for orders below $11.40 before tax.
IMPORTANT: If for whatever reason your order total does not include shipping charges then we reserve the right to add shipping charges without further notice.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
If, and only if, the order package is visibly damaged when UPS delivers it then you should refuse delivery, contact us and we will fulfill your order subject to stock availability. In case we are unable to fulfill your order, your money will be completely refunded.
If you refuse UPS delivery for any other reason you will automatically be charged a 15% restocking fee.
If you receive a defective item you may return it subject to the following conditions. You must contact Urban Skate Crew TM within 30 days of the invoice date and we will arrange for return shipping. In case of defective orders we will fulfill your order subject to stock availability. In case we are unable to fulfill your order, your money will be completely refunded.
Urban Skate Crew TM is not a warranty repair station. After 30 days all returns of defective items should be made to the manufacturer. Please contact Urban Skate Crew TM using the contact information above for manufacturer return information.
You may return non-clearance items for any reason within 30 days of the invoice date, subject to the following conditions. You must obtain prior Authorization. Please contact Urban Skate Crew TM using the contact information above and we will issue you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Returns of non-defective merchandise within 30 days of the invoice date are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All non-defective returns should be in original, unmarked packaging, include all instructions, packaging etc. and be resaleable as new.
